Excellent location

Great stay! So glad that we stayed here. The hotel already has great restaurant but is also connected to the Raffles City Mall and the City Hall MRT stop, so that made things very convenient. There were some small bugs in our shower but housekeeping took care of them.

Great stay at parkroyal. Clean and well maintained property. Very efficient and well organised. The hotel is connected to two malls and quick access to food courts. We took grab taxis around and hotels central location helped. Breakfast spread is decent but your average quality breakfast options. The hotel was quiet busy during the christmas break but the staff handled it exceptionally well.

We stayed one night after a cruise. We were blown away by this great hotel. It was beautiful and the staff was outstanding.

Lovely hotel well-located in Clarke Quay. We booked a staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Overall staff service attitude is top notch but the only dampener was due to the heavy rain, the carpet beside the window became damp. Not sure if the hotel staff are aware as I forgot to bring it to their attention during checkout. Aside from that, my family enjoyed our stay and the breakfast Buffett was excellent! Thank you!

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, good breakfast and the staff are very welcoming. They also have happy hour. The pool has a jacuzzi which was awesome. Loved my stay
