Friendly staff with a tidy lobby but the rooms need a bit of an upgrade or rerfurbish. otherwise lovely stay. First time visiting Sydney really nice location to walk around sight seeing public transport was great also.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. A variety of options to choose from

Very busy hotel long queue to check in but after that smooth sailing. Room was not ready but didn’t take long. We had the starcation package with the star suite, great room very comfortable and love all the little extras. Pool was nice but also very busy in the warmer spa sections so virtually impossible to get in. Found the pool area needed more staff as there was limited service at the bar. The breakfast in the harvest was a little tired paper cups for juice and bamboo spoons for cereal not my favourite. Plenty of choices but seems to be so busy that it’s a little neglected other than that it’s a very impressive room and very comfortable. Staff are lovely.

Stayed at Sofitel Darling Harbour a few times now and it never disappoints.

Nice comfy rooms

I stayed in a comfortable and spacious club room and had access to the club lounge for breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres and beverages. The club lounge team, including Helen, Reza, and Hailey, were wonderful--so helpful and friendly. The concierge team was also excellent. I enjoyed my 6 days there very much.
