We stay at this hotel everytime we come to Costa Rica. Always treated like family and the bar and restaurant are wonderful. Right beside a large shopping center and Casino. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are modern and comfortable…

Liked the good food, good pools, grounds were great, and people working there were great. The building is grand and built with great beauty but the place has seen a lot of use - the fixtures in the bathroom sinks are warn and tarnished, the door to the room was in need of being stripped and re-varnished. Still the place looks beautiful - but it does not look new. The place was clean and welcoming.

Affordable luxury. The hot springs were well-maintained and uncrowded—there were plenty of empty pools to choose from. The food was authentically Costa Rican, farm fresh, and inexpensive. We felt safe allowing teenage daughters to roam unsupervised. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Loved this place! Location was great, felt very safe, large spacious room, my favorite was the shower. It had a strong stream and got hot fast. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

Clean, efficient, easy to park.

Arenal Manoa is absolutely amazing!! The staff is fabulous, they know your name, polite, friendly. The grounds are beautiful, well kept. We stayed in the Chato Suite and it felt like our own private oasis with a breathtaking backyard space, swinging sofa, multiple sitting/laying arrangements around a fabulous pool with perfect views of the Arenal Volcano. Buffett breakfast included, sushi, pizza and restaurant on site, we ordered room service multiple times and received it quick. Spa by the river and multiple natural hot springs on the property, they added some in an adult only zone, all are surrounded and under the lush vegetation on the property and a perfect escape. We also booked RT transportation to/from hotel and 2 tours through them. Arenal Manoa staff know how to make you feel special and cater to your needs. It was a most memorable vacation and we will return!
