Very central to the Royal Mile and Waverley train station. The room was small, but had everything we needed and nice quality bathroom fixtures. Breakfast was outstanding. Many cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops conveniently located nearby. It took the airlines three days to deliver our luggage and during that time the motel one staff was amazing. Very attentive and helpful and we certainly would come back.

This is a great hotel to stay in a convenient location as a first time visitor. The staff was friendly and helpful, AJ was very good because he was professional and provided outstanding service during my stay. The hotel was so clean and simple. The breakfast bar was amazing. Stay was great here! Perfect location..right by the train and walking distance to all the sights. Staff were really friendly and lovely to deal with. Can be loud if you have the window open but totally fine when it’s closed.

Great location, but not the best quality hotel considering the price. If you book through hotels.com you will get an accessible room, not great if you don’t require everything on a lower level. You can find better in down the price in Edinburgh

Very good medium price hotel. Breakfast optional. Ok. Coffee poor, ran out of items slow to replace. Advise use gor bed comfortable. And excellent shower. Breakfast maybe for convenience. Staff arpund motel unfriendly. Reception staff very good.
