I like the friendliness of the receptionist who gave me my key . The workers in the restaurant for breakfast ???

Maybe slightly too cold in the room and not aware of how to make it warmer.

Had a 1 night stay before an early flight. Hotel and restaurant were clean and all staff welcoming and attentive. We were so pleased with this hotel that we have booked for our next pre-flight stay.

We stayed for just one night before a flight out. Standard room, 2 people. Loved: had all the features of an American-style hotel. Large bed, A/C, big room, large shower with amenities. Elevator, key cards, dining and bar. Couldn't ask for anything else really. Dining seemed really popular, though we didn't eat there. No need for a shuttle to the airport--very short walk to the terminals and even a shorter walk to the train station. Issues: you do have to train or Taxi to get anywhere other than right there--there's truly nothing around. But you have the dining there, so you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't desire to do so. Manchester as a city was a huge bust, especially considering the cost to get to the city (especially compared to the cost of the Tube in London, this seemed so pricy).

Beautiful, lovely soft breads staff excellent the Hotel is a little expensive but you pay for what you get a stay here every time
