Hotel is great with fantastic rooms and attentive staff. Food is great quality with a good choice and drinks are made professionally. Down side are the works around the hotel and outlook is not great.

We arrived early and they accommodated. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional especially the bartender who gave us a great list of things to do. The room was too hot and I wish they didn’t change the towels daily. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived shortly after check-in time and were told our room was not ready yet, and they were running behind. We were offered complementary drinks in the bar, which we accepted. The gentleman who checked us in unloaded our car - 7 bags - set them aside and led us to the bar. After 45 minutes, he came to get us because our room was ready. The bags were already in the room. Our room was superb. Very comfortable with a lot of room. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food and service were excellent. The entire stay was top-notch. We have nothing but good words to say about the Dakota in Glasgow.

The hotel was modern & clean, the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were very quiet and the bathroom shower was very nice. Had cocktails and food at the bar with splendid surface.

Beautiful hotel. At check in we were upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely stunning. Dined in the hotel, Fiona was our server very personable. Enjoyed our quick stay, highly recommend.
