Stay was fine but set up with room keys was terrible. Didnt work in lift and then automatically stopped working at 11 which was majorly inconvenient as had to go back to retrieve left items and caused a lot of hassle.

It was in a great location with easy access to all the city sights and public transport. Rooms were very clean, comfortable with plenty of room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when in Glasgow.

Very much enjoyed a wonderful four night stay. All the staff were extremely helpful , very pleasant and Knowledgeable. The bedroom was made spotless every day. The bed and pillow was the most comfortable I’ve probably ever slept in. The breakfast buffet was first class , with lots of variety and continuously restocked. In summary … This hotel is certainly thouroighly recommended for a stay.

Fab hotel in a great location
Fab hotel in a great location (close to bus and train stations). Very nice welcome and check in from helpful staff. Room was large, comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom, everything needed for a really nice stay. Breakfast was tasty.
