Room itself was lovely but not the usual standard of cleanliness. Also I was on second floor and this was a very noisy room compared to previous stays. Disappointing but won’t put me off staying again because we have had great stays before.

Good location, very clean.
The location was very good. The room, bed linen, towels, toilet and shower were spotless. Sound proofing of the room wasn't the best. I could hear conversation from the adjoining room. There's also a construction site next to the hotel and they started drilling early in the morning.

Really disappointed in our stay. Not sure we would stay again. It’s a new hotel and everything is great, however our room was not. We checked in but needed to leave straight away as we had a booking but even on dropping our bag into the room it really smelled strongly of curry. We thought it would be away by the time we got back later at night but n arriving back it hadn’t (11pm). It was too late to move but in the morning we noticed orange stains on the carpet and chair, brown marks on the toilet door and wording on the bathroom mirror when it steamed up… the hairdryer also had a split down the middle and I wasn’t sure it was going to hold together. On the surface the room looked fine but the smell made up look closer… we raised it with Reception this morning who said to email Reception, which seemed crazy as we were speaking to Reception!!! It was a one off night but doubt will go back and everything smells of Indian food. Unpleasant.
