Overall experience met my expectations in refards to hospitality & comfort. The room i chose on the app was the room i was given. (This doesnt happen often). "King Deluxe" cozy yet spacious. Very clean for a comfortable feel. 5 star satisfied with my stay. Will recommend & Will a pleasure to return.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Definitely recommend. Hope they get the second elevator fixed soon -- long waits to get upstairs is my only complaint. Cool restaurant and bar downstairs and good access to shopping.

Coffee and snacks available in the room would be nice.

Great amenities, great location, spacious and comfortable. Check in a few days prior was difficult as the owner/manager didn’t message me or email me back… I had to call VRBO to have them investigate. Once they were made aware, smooth sailing from then on. Also, they listed a jacuzzi on site which was an error,and that was disappointing as I planned on that. Overall, despite these two things, great place ti stay!

This location can’t be beat. It’s one block away from the action and sits on a quiet little street filled with historic Chicago buildings. We had a piece of cake time entering the unit and it was very clean. You’re close to everything, Michigan ave, Gibson’s, Lou Malnati’s, and many more. You’re also close

This property worked out well for what we needed. We had a group of 6 adults needing to stay near the Navy Pier to take a water taxi to the Bears game.
