Room doors could use soft close hardward; we were woken by doors shutting noise numerous times in the night that was way too loud, not by other guest's fault but simply that the doors close too quickly and echo in the hall. That paired with train noise didn't make for a restful night. Bed and pillows were comfy, room was lovely. Shower head was nice and soft.

Great overall experience. Staff was polite, easy check in. When we arrived our room was not ready, but they quickly gave us another room with no issues. Everything was clean, quiet and the continental breakfast had lots to choose from.

In general, my stay at this hotel is always good. The one flaw is the desk clerk who works second shift reeks of B.O., and the staff has been made aware of it, but yet nothing changes. It's offensive to the point the sliding door opens and that's what you smell when you walk into the lobby.
