Hotel facilities were old but clean. Only street parking was available which was a big concern for me because of safety, but I assume that the hotel guards stationed outside regularly check on the guests' vehicles. Food is okay as well, we enjoyed the pizza! Best part of our stay was the hotel staff as they were all very helpful and friendly.

The staff are kind and helpful. As for the room, it is bright and clean. However, it can be noisy because you can hear people singing karaoke from the nearby restobars.

Decent economical stay in Manila. Only issue with room was poorly draining sink with baby ants, other than that, the room was nice. The elevator can be timely and lengthy, pending foot traffic. The breakfast was decent. Hard to step outside without someone wanting the money in your pockets, from many walks of life surrounding the hotel, this hotel has more swarming than others I have been to downtown, but, tolerable and manageable.
