Lots of dining options within the hotel; staff were friendly and polite, felt really safe as a lone traveller. Only downside is the cigarette smoke from the casinos wafting into the restaurant areas. Restaurant by the pool’s always a good option although only open until 8pm.

There was a queue for the check-in upon our arrival which is inevitable but the speed of the check-in process could be improved. When you’ve had a long day of travel and your stay is already paid for there should be an express check-in separate so you can just receive the necessary information and room key needed for your stay. The hotel is amazing will definitely stay again, clean and staff were friendly and helpful when we asked to arrange our transfer to the airport.

Concierge was excellent Room in need of serious maintenance electric socket loose , scratched furniture, safety box not working, hard pillows , low water pressure , and humidity smell , gym temporarily closed, no complimentary steam or sauna Also, the hotel is located in the middle of a casino, so you need to cross the casino to go to shops and restaurants , not very convenient and friendly as security is kind of intimidating, also very noisy due to the constant casino machines Not good value for money, and definitely not a relaxing experience

Our stay was short but sweet. The accommodations were perfect. The room was very clean and spacious and the view was fantastic. We will definitely make this our go to hotel when traveling to Manila.

Perfect hotel for family.
Our stay was comfortable, convenient and very relaxing. Nobu hotel was not crowded unlike the nearby hotels. The reception was very helpful. We will definitely go back there.

I did not like waiting many minutes for how water to heat up and the water pressure is so slow compared to other hotels like New World Makati. Then the food was poor again compared to other hotels. Had to go to Hyatt to Eat
