My 1st night was so bad, i woke up with the loud door slammed from the other room. Soundproofing in that building is so bad. I only stay 2 nights instead of 5. I asked for a refund but they didn’t allowed because it’s too late to manage my booking in expedia.

The property has great staff but the facility needs better maintenance. My door does not fully close if I don't push it shut. The poor soundproofing does not filter out room, hallway, and traffic noises. The linen I had also looked clean but had permanent stains on them.

I don’t want to seem overly critical, but despite the positive reviews and good location, my experience was disappointing. After a long wait at the lobby, the receptionist explained they were sorting out reservations. Once checked in, I found my room on the 11th floor noisy with constant pounding sounds, a view blocked by a nearby wall, and a leaking AC. I requested a room change to rest well after traveling, but it wasn’t accommodated.

I seldom give five stars to these budget hotels, but for the low price (around $25US) this hotel really delivers. Yes, it is Spartan, no phone in the room, no pool, no bar, but it's clean and well-maintained. I've stayed here several times while taking care of business in Cavite. There are a number of night clubs and cafes within short walking distance if you're into that.

Good stay but needs facility improvements

The adjustable shower head is broken. There is water dripping from the air conditioner. This might lead to accident and fall because of the slippery fall. It was difficult to sleep comfortably because of 2 reasons. First, we can hear the noise coming from the elevator. And second, the pillows are not comfortable. Even folding it into 2 did not provide relief and alleviation. The staff are accommodating. The room is clean. The bed is nicely done.
