Beautiful property, great location, wonderful staff.

We stayed at the Heartland hotel a month ago and enjoyed our room & the on site restaurant. We found the free airport shuttle to be quite a benefit and we plan to return again in a week the night before our flight back to Canada.

Good location, great reception service. Rooms need a bit of a touch up but good for the price. Couch was very low and not easy for my elderly father to sit on. Good shower.

Great location. We had top floor (19th) with a view of the bay. Nice breakfast in the morning ( included for ALL guests). I', not sure why we paid an "up-charge" to include breakfast? For some reason, our room had numerous moths (more than ten), and we were constantly getting out of bed to swat them. We were offered an early arrival room upon check in. nice touch!

Amazing stay! Miguel at concierge desk helped me locate documents that were left at the airport earlier in the morning. He went over and above to help me. So grateful for his help. I highly recommend this hotel. In addition the rooms were very accommodating and easy check-in. I rarely leave reviews but this hotel was outstanding!
