The beautiful Blairgowrie beach just a short walk down to Point Nepean Rd and to the Blairgowrie cafes, stylish shops & supermarket.
Large spacious and light filled living/lounge area with comfy couches, chairs, smart TV & Wi-Fi. Fireplace is not for use. Split system air-conditioner located in the living, lounge, kitchen area + ducted heating throughout.
A fully appointed kitchen with all the essential appliances, oven, hot plates, dishwasher, air fryer, pod coffee machine & pantry staples to create home cooked meals. Dining table and chairs to accommodate 8, kitchen island bench stools, doors open out to an expansive deck area with an outdoor table, seating and wonderful BBQ facilities. All shaded by umbrellas and beautiful trees and surrounded by manicured lawns.

For 4 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows.
You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

Super quiet spot.
Great location with everything you need. Comfy beds for the adults, lots to read and a great TV for the tweens/teens.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend stay at 37 Adelaide Street. From the delightful Easter decorations and the generous hamper that awaited us to the well equipped house everything was perfect and we would recommend staying here to anyone who has the opportunity. We are sad to be leaving today and Lok forward to returning. Many thanks from the Prices of Singapore and Sri Lanka.
