Walk to the Port Melbourne foreshore (350 meters) to enjoy the beach, visit Station Pier, or jump on the Spirit of Tasmania. 150 meters away is Bay Street, with outstanding cafes, pubs, restaurants, bars, boutiques and gourmet supermarkets.

Just perfect, beautifully fitted out and very spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It even has a parking space. Literally 100m from Bay St with all its sops and restaurants. very shot stroll to the Beach and five minute from the tram.
