Min set nights from mid December to end of January. Min 2 nights, min 3 nights public holidays and long weekends, min 4 nights Easter.

Features include a large open plan living area at the back of the property, with a smart TV, Foxtel, Wi-Fi, a reverse cycle air conditioning unit, dining table for 8 + 3 bar stools. A functional kitchen are with ample preparation space, including all the essential appliances and amenities, ducted heating throughout, doors either side of the kitchen open out to a large back yard with BBQ facilities for all your Summer entertaining.

Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
