Cozy 1930's double brick cottage with large private garden & fire pit in Melbourne's trendy inner north. Close to Thornbury/High Street and Preston Markets - 9km from CBD, South of Bell Street. 20m drive to parliament & Thornbury station minutes away. Guest can use the onsite 32 AMP Type 2 (Tesla charger) with ample parking on property.

Suitable for up to 5 guests, the house offers three bedrooms; the first bedroom is a large north facing Master bedroom and the second bedroom is medium size. The third room offers a desk for those who need to do some work but can also be used as a bedroom with a Queen self-inflatable mattress. You have access to a fully stocked kitchen, with some essentials, including coffee and tea. Bosch dishwasher and washing machine.

Enjoy this home as a great base to explore, and then come home to chill out in the large open garden and enjoy all the amenities of a fully stocked home. Feel free to enjoy the vegetables from the garden & outside fire pit during your stay. The property is dog friendly and has a pool table in the double garage.

Everything needed was available. The house is very comfortable, with some great little touches provided to increase your welcome. Fabulous garden/outdoor space. The property manager and the owner, were absolutely wonderful to deal with and really went the extra mile to assist my client. I cannot thank them enough.

The property was wonderful, We traveled to Melbourne to see our grandchildren with our Dog Gypsy. The Beds were comfortable in a lovely neighborhood, Close to Parks and entertainment. The Property Manager Bernd was very helpful and Friendly, We hope to stay at the property again later in the year. 5 Stars all the way from us.
