The Kitchen and Living Room:
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a generous stone breakfast bar with seating, complemented by high-quality appliances including a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. You can choose to dine around the central family-sized table or enjoy delightful alfresco meals on the rear deck overlooking the backyard. The adjoining living room features stylish, comfortable furnishings, a wide-screen smart TV, and seamless access to the BBQ and outdoor living area. The space is equipped with split-system heating and cooling, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of single bunk beds.

Killearney
House was in perfect location to the beach and to Blairgowrie shops. Previous tenants left BBQ filthy so we couldnt use it unfortunately just mustnt have been checked when cleaning was done after. House was really good though.
