I was charged $210 USD for 3 nights/4 days of parking in November 2024, even though the rate was supposed to be $30 per night. Additionally, I booked a river-view room but was given a city-view room instead. The breakfast experience has a strict 20-minute seating limit and a cramped environment. It was also clear that the staff were overwhelmed and wished it wasn’t as busy as it was. But it did the job for the price it was relative to the area you stay. Overall mediocre but would stay again for the bargain deal.

This hotel is in a good location but you have to pay for the limited parking, the lot was very slippery, icy and to get to your room, you need to walk around outside which was really inconvenient. There was breakfast included, but without direction on how to get there - wasn’t used. The room was average but loud (street side). It was missing a microwave but had a bar fridge. Overall, was an average stay.

Great location but needs some improvements.
The desk setvice was mediocore. Wasnt informed about cost of parking(old sign on desk). Not told about breakfast hours but offered coupon to go buy breakfast!! Breakfast servers were rude and abrupt and very unfriendly!! Bathroom was old tiny tub old bathtub mat and very short toilet. Shower head andchotcwatercwas amazing!
