The staff was great but unfortunately the room wasn't, including a strong odour from the AC, curtains that didnt close and were also stained... mold on the bathroom ceiling. The staff handled it very well and were really nice about it all. That said, I would not book there again.

Breakfast was barely basic, basically bread and a couple of fruits, yogurts and orange and apple juice.. if you want eggs, bacon, pancakes or sausages you'll need to go somewhere else... No decaf coffee Barely towels at the pool station So noisy early in the morning when they are cleaning No mini fridge in the rooms and ice is only on the first floor and 2 elevator that are super slow A really annoying experience

The location is nice and close to Clifton Hill. No Refrigerator or microwave in the room. There is microwave in the lobby and free hot water and tea and coffee. Ice machine in the lobby. Breakfast were sliced bread, bagel, yogurt, banana, tart, mini sugar powered donut, banana cake, cereals. No eggs and no meat. I don’t remember any juice.

Reasonable place to live in Niagra Falls. Bathrooms are not designed properly. At least the one I stayed. Staff was tired and exhausted. Plus point is that this is close to all the amenities and the fun in Niagra.

My check in was lovely. It was my third time staying at this property and the check in desk person remembered me. After that things were - eh. The toilet needed to have the handle held down for it to flush properly. The towels were dingy and stained. They "cleaned" the room after our first night, taking the towels we didn't want to reuse, but did not leave us new towels or wash clothes. I had to call to the front desk twice to get towels brought up and they did not bring wash cloths. I used the in room coffee my first morning and they did not replace it, so I had to get dressed and go to the lobby my second morning to get coffee, which was quite inconvenient. As I said I have stayed here in the past, but I am not certain I would stay again.
