Be specific about the room you choose.
Our room was on the 2nd floor in a section not connected to the main building and there wasnt an elevator. The hallways and stairwell had a bad smell. When we were lugging our stuff to the room 4 employees were gathered in this narrow hallway and didnt move as I tried to get through to my room. The ice machine was in the lobby area so we had to go downstairs and across the parking lot to get ice. The pool was also a walk outside and at the end of the parking lot. The only convenient thing was we were within walking distance of the falls and clifton hill . The casino was directly across the street. It was definitely not worth it for the price we paid. I was very disappointed in the quality of the hotel. The only rooms that had a view of the falls was on the far side of the building we were in and unfortunately we didnt have one of those rooms. They advertised queen beds but they were only full size mattresses on queen sized frames. The pool was actually very nice if you dont mind freezing walking to and from in your swimsuit.

It was a nice room for a great price. 5 minutes walk to the falls and directly across from the casino. Perfect location and an indoor pool. Breakfast included.

Location location location The property is located right across the street from the fallsview casino and a short walk down to the Falls. Although the property is somewhat dated the rooms have what you need. A tv a small fridge a coffee maker a balcony. They offer tea and coffee throughout the day and a continental breakfast in the morning. There is a pool (although we didn’t use it). What more could you ask for. Rates are reasonable and there is on site parking. The staff is friendly and check in and check out is a breeze. This is our second visit sine August and we would stay again. Not sure how far the walk is from Clifton Hill but you could certainly google it and find out.

ceiling was crumbling plaster onto the floor which got worse over the two nights , seemed there had been a bad leak and the damage was never fixed . Inside the bathroom the fan did not work and there was mould where the wall met the ceiling . Went to the desk on the second night of our stay when we noticed the mould and no body was present, tried calling the desk and it rang out. Will not stay again.

The room had old decor and the property neexs to be renovated. Just by looking at the room my wife and I decided not to stst overnight. Let the front desk know that the room did not look like the pictures. The female did not seem to care and just apologized and said bye. Not a place that is family friendly.
