The property’s price was amazing for its location to the falls. There was two bed type bugs in our bed so take that as you will. The place was tidy though floors were actually dirty. The man running the place was very nice and somewhat helpful for area information. If my wife had of been on this trip with me and my two sons, we would have never stayed there.

It is located right where the quiet residential area starts but a 3 minute walk from so many attractions. Close to the falls. Quiet as well as its concrete walls and ceiling between units. It’s not designed to be beautiful on its own but it’s very efficient, great fridge, comfy bed, amazing shower pressure. Super clean.

Terrible, one of the worst motel ever, i pay for 3 nights and we left after two... No service, they dont clean nothing, outdoor carpet on a dangerous rusty balcony are completely disgusting...they dont change sheets, i highly dont recommend, everything is dirty, hair found everywhere even in the fridge...

No cold water in the bathroom, peel and stick flooring was lifting and tripped over it. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and there was dirt and dust in the corners of the room. The bed was horrible and so uncomfortable.

Wont stay here again
The only thing decent about this hotel is they allow pets, but they will charge you $30 a night extra for that. I have stayed here before and it was much better but it appears this hotel has changed hands. There were bugs in the room. The bathtub is in desperate need of replacement (in our room it had rust on the bottom) and overall this hotel needs to be renovated. The front desk attitude is not great. On the positive side the beds were ok and the sheets were clean.
