I recently stayed at the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok, and overall, it was a delightful experience. It was a great way to start the day. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job ensuring everything was spotless and restocked daily. The service was consistently good throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests or inquiries. The hotel’s location was decent—it’s close to several attractions and convenient for getting around Bangkok, though not directly in the middle of the most bustling areas. Still, it offers a nice balance between accessibility and a quieter atmosphere. Overall, the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok is a solid choice for anyone seeking comfort, good service, and a fantastic breakfast spread in the heart of the city. I would definitely consider staying here again!

The rooms need an upgrade, and the mattress is so hard but the breakfast and the Tower Club Lounge make up for it.

Really enjoyed my stay at Eleven Hotel. All the staff were wonderfully friendly and professional. The room was clean and well appointed, the bed in the Executive room was the biggest I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast area was lovely and the food selection was good.
