Great hotel a little away from downtown but easily accessible and near the highway. Very clean, breakfast options were good, pool was warm. Room was spacious, the night light on the bathroom was a nice touch. My only complaint was the bed was too firm for my liking which caused me to not sleep well.

We had a very good experience. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room was clean and had enough toiletries/amenities. Included breakfast was good, hot and enough choice. Only suggestion to the hotel would be to add a few more sitting chairs to the rooms. We had a couch and desk chair which made the room feel under furnished in such a big space.

Property good,but reception unbelievable what they done to me the reception asked me to put 100$ security deposit didn't accept my cash only in checkout i can pay any method of payment so i went my wife which she waiting with my kids in the car i asked her to go inside use her credit card for 100$ after i unloaded our luggage she came upset aftet chargeing her 517$ she thought i i trekked her and .... i went inside the reception man told me not to worry the money will go back to her credit card when i checkout and i willbbe able to pay as i wants of methods. To make it short i ended up sleeping in my car at the parking after long argument whe didn't do anything just stayed in the hotel for the 2 day then we went back to Montreal i lost the beautiful trip that i was saving for 6 months its,not big money just because of the cancer i Im going through right now on November 4 im staing at my friend house Our,marriage braking done all i need the reception to to call me and my wife to explain that he didn't tell me or explained to me clearly that which our . harriage after I invited her for trying to i as By the way my wife and kids told me the fridge was making noise for the 2 day couldn't sleep

Good hotel. Very large rooms. Good waffles for breakfast, although seating is limited. 27/7 coffee and tea at the lobby. Underground parking is safe and secure.
