Very unfriendly but clean
The front desk staff at check in were very rude. Our room was not ready on time and they didn’t apologize or appear to care. The staff throughout the hotel were unfriendly and unappreciative that guests were there.

The property itself was ok. The room ac was the issue along with the beds. The room is located right beside the second queen bed so it blows on the bed all night. U can’t sleep there! No way to deflect it. So u either have no air or you are too cold at night. I mentioned it to the front desk but because I booked on Expedia they couldn’t do anything. property had just had now power due to a city issue. Once it was back on however the room phone still didn’t work at all. The remote for the tv didn’t work.

Room was aged and water pressure was very low for shower. Breakfast buffet was very good! Location is very good for access to all amenities but you would need transportation to go out and access amenities.
