The place was ok but the property is very dated. My room didn’t have a functional light. And when I arrived the key cards didn’t work so someone had to accompany me to my room everytime I wanted to enter my room.

They charged an additional $163 and when asked about it they said it was a bug in the system and told me that it would be refunded but I still haven’t seen anything and they said they can’t give a documentation for that

Less than pleased.
We had a two night stay at the Ramada. The first room only had a shower and I prefer a hot tub (which was included in the room I had selected) they moved us to another room. The room they put us in was very small because it had stairs going down to a room that was locked, and we were not comfortable not knowing the purpose of that room within ours. The jets in tub were not working, nor was the hair dryer along with two lamps. We called the front desk three times around 10:00 pm to mention this and there was no answer. The following morning my husband went down and they changed our room again. Once in the third room, we noticed the plug was not in the tub nor was a phone to be able to call down. My husband once again had to go downstairs to get service. They sent a repairman to out room and we indicated there were no tub stopper and requested one. He left and never retuned to our room. Needless to say we were unable to use the jacuzzi tub we were looking forward to and paid for. When we spoke to the front desk upon checkout they said they were unable to do anything as we booked with Hotels.com. I’m not sure if we will continue to book online because of this. We stay at this location often and this is by far the worst stay we have ever had.
