Hotel valet, restaurant, lounge were all understaffed. Hours of service were not adhered to by lounge staff. Could not find room service info in the room. Room was really nice, clean and a good size. Check in was friendly and fairly quick. Breakfast had a good selection.

Escapade à proximité.
Accueil rapide et agréable. Vue sur le Marché By et annexé au Centre Rideau. Salle de bain et coin café impeccables. La gamme de produits au thé blanc est sublime. Lit et oreillers super confortables. Par contre, le tapis et les petits fauteuils « blancs » auraient besoin d’être rafraîchis, leur propreté était douteuse.
