The Space:
Parents will think they have died and gone to heaven with the family friendly design of this contemporary beach house with its duel living rooms and fully equipped games room. With the addition of a good sized flat and secure rear yard, all visible from the comfort of the main living areas, the kids will be entertained for hours.
Located just a short stroll to one of the Peninsulas iconic beaches, Tyrone Foreshore, this property is well positioned to take advantage of everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
Making the most of its northerly aspect the main living areas including the kitchen and outdoor entertaining area are bathed in sunshine.
For those balmy summer nights a fully equipped kitchen including all the mod cons you’d expect of a property of this stature or outdoor gas bbq are the ideal place to prepare a meal of flathead tails & salad.
Comfortably sleeping one or two families there is enough room for 8 people to relax in comfort. The sleeping configurations consist of the Main Bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in robe, Second Bedroom with queen bed and robe and finally the Kids Bedroom with 2 x single bunks and robes.
After returning from a day at the beach each living area has its own t.v. and dvd making it the ideal place for kids to retreat to whilst the parents relax with a glass of wine at the opposite end of the home.
