The hotel staff is very helpful, location wise it is the single hotel I've stayed in Singapore that's actually in a very quiet place.
Can easily be reached by car, and walking distance to shops/restaurants/MRT.
The rooms do not have a TV, a refrigerator, or toothbrush - just some inconvenience but it is understood as it is not a high priced one. The bed is somewhat uncomfortable and noisy due to springs. Toilet doesn't flush properly from time to time, and the water heater really only keeps the water warm for a very short period, after which the rate of the water outlet needs to be adjusted; this is about adjusting once per 30 seconds or so.
Having washing machines, a relaxing area, and a rooftop is really really nice, except the rooftop only opens until 11 pm, so not much chance to use it as usually after a busy day it would have already past 11 when I wanted to relax a bit.
