Great property with everything you needed. Rooms a bit on the small side but nice and modern with comfy beds. Pool was a lovely bonus. Only downside was breakfast, very poor choice of food and just not very nice in general. Would recommend heading elsewhere for breakfast

The only thing that bothers us is the noise ...the room next doors and near by ..people are noisy ..you can hear them slamming the door .walking through the corridor...chatting even in the balcony..it's annoying as some people don't know how to contain the noise...esp past.midnight. The hotel.itself is great...except the noise! Perhaps look into making the rooms all soundproofed

Great staff, very helpful and considerate as they allowed us late check out and gave us access to a room to have a quick shower and change after a big day walking before a midnight flight. Thank you Mi staff members it was a wonderful way to end our stay. Thank goodness we went with a deluxe room as the other rooms are too small for 2 people with luggage and hand luggage to all fit in comfortably. The bed was very firm and pillows were not very comfortable at all. Bathrooms are simple but great. As for the breakfast next door I’m sorry to say it was probably one of the worst I’ve had in my travels. My advice is to skip it and go elsewhere.

Very expensive for a very small room. You could only just fit a 4ft bed and single in room. No space to put cases. Sink in bathroom difficult to wash in as shelf overhangs. Breakfast ok. Only good thing was it was close to the MRT for travel

Good location close enough to all the things we wanted to do, the room was the smallest room I have ever experienced and I have traveled a lot. Barely qualified as a closet. Room and facility was clean. Staff were friendly but not I overly helpful.

Room is too tiny. Maybe in Singapore, it's what you expect for a motel or Inn. Breakfast is OK. But you may choose to dine out, a lot of dinning options around.

Room was relatively small with non opening window,but that's usually it seems for Singapore.Not that impressed with cleaners, tea cups left after room cleaned on day 2,but not major.Staff friendly and welcoming .Pano who checked me in kindly tried to find me a quiet room. Great value for money for the excellent location,.as a base, few feet away from MRT, near Business management uni and lots of cafes.

This is a decent hotel, although I found it a little to expensive for the quality. It was very clean and had convenient touches like a water filter on the sink and a very easy to use electric tea pot. The room is very small with the bed and just a narrow table/desk and a small bathroom. The shower was very nice quality, I think it may have been filtered. The other downside was the air conditioning for us. The temperature in the rest of the building was very nice but ours never got under 22°C or 70°F even though we set it to the lowest setting (18°C), including at night. The front desk kindly sent someone up to check on it but apparently it was working fine, it just wasn't powerful enough to cool the small room. The stay was still overall very pleasant. They also stored our luggage for us on the last day for free and will apparently give you complementary room access to 45 minutes during your check out day to shower. Fine hotel but I don't think the amenities quite justify the price for such small rooms.
