We stayed in this hotel for three nights to break up a long flight journey. Our twin room was on the small size, but this is to be expected at the reasonable price point in a very densely populated city. The staff members were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Check out was at mid-day which is late in comparison to many hotels and after checking out, we were able to leave our baggage in a secure area while we enjoyed the rest of the day exploring the city further. On our return later in the day, we were even permitted to use the roof top pool showers and hotel towels to freshen up before departing for the airport to catch our late evening onward flight. The hotel is near many bus routes and a couple of MRT stations, so it was easy to explore several parts of the city by the very frequent buses and trains. There are also plenty of food stalls, restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby as well as ATM machines. All in all it was a handy and comfortable place to stay.

I was booked this hotel for taylor swift the eras tour few days ago for short overnight. It’s good smell at lobby, my room quite small but good for me, comfortable bed but no complimentary water just tap as staff inform. safe and can walk to nearest lavender mrt station around 10 min.

The rooms are very small and would be difficult for stays longer than a few days. There is very little storage space so if you have a large suitcase it would be in the way. Apart from that, the rooms are very comfortable. The pool is nice to swim in. The gym is really just a small room but there is a large community gym a block away. The location is fantastic. A great mix of trendy bars and coffee shops as well as more down to earth food courts and restaurants. Walking distance to Little India and more vitality than the usual orderliness of Singapore. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of hotel is very convenient. The pillow is very thick whick make me neckpain. I ask for the thin pillow but the hotel cannot provide. They give me a quilt to insist of pillow.

Should not be classed as a 4-star, there were not even able to provide us with champagne glasses and an ice bucket. However, staff was friendly and polite, facilities were clean, breakfast included was good, pool at L7 was great! This hotel is a good option for basic accomodation. Good value.
