Room a little small but practical- coffee making facilities, comfortable bed, clean, shower could do with a curtain - water all over bathroom floor - good shower though. Quiet, good A/C, reception staff helpful, short walk to Downtown MRT, very close to China Point food court and plenty of local restaurants. Would certainly stay here again. No restaurant facilities.

Convenient, easy check-in (with an upgrade I didn't expect). Perfect location, very good value for money. I didn't eat here. Check out was easy, just returned the keycards. I would stay again. A little bit of noise audible from.the street, but not as much as expected being on the ground floor.

Although the hotel was in a convenient area of town, the staff lacked personality, the bathroom was not clean, the refrigerator was almost falling forward and the worse was the bed. It was a brick. Also, and perhaps this was due of our choice of room, there is constant noise from cars and partying people from the street and also outside the room door. I have been to sever boutique hotels and this one does not cut it. Very disappointed. Will definitely not come back or recommend.First time ever I have given a bad review.

I received a complimentary upgrade, which was very nice because the normal sized rooms are a bit small. The staff were pleasant, however, I was surprised that they allowed hotel guests to use the lobby as their suitcase repacking area. It was ridiculous. Every day that I passed through the lobby I would have to negotiate around groups of people packing/unpacking their belongings in the small lobby. On one occasion, someone had actually plugged in her hair dryer and was blow-drying her hair…in the lobby! I guess this is pretty typical because the hotel staff didn’t seem to even notice. The hotel is conveniently located in Chinatown where all kinds of restaurants and shopping are steps away. The MRT station is just a couple minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location
The hotel is located in the middle of Chinatown. Very close to subway station and busses. Great location also for going out in the evening. One problem, my moms room didn't have a closetand the room was quite tiny. But we had a big room and lots of closet space. All in all we had a great time there.
