Beautiful heritage property in a great location. Everything was great except that the room (or the air conditioner) seemed to have a musty / moldy smell. Leaving the windows open helped.

The hotel was clean, staff were great and buffet breakfast was amazing. Room was generous size and well presented. Room was above a concert venue and heavy metal music kept us all awake the first night. Also, the $300 bond held on our credit card is yet to be returned (3 weeks post stay) even though they have confirmed via email that they will be returning it!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Wonderful breakfast buffet and Lobby lounge food and beverages. Centrally located with easy access to transportation. Room was very roomy with 3 adults. Loved the in room nespresso coffee and water provided daily. Left daughter to study at SMU as exchange student and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
