This traditional, simple, basic and convenient 6 bedroom Sorrento beach house is only a leisurely 10 minute walk to Sorrento village main street and beach. Park your vehicles and walk to everything!

All living areas are located on the first floor which are accessible by two sets of external stairs.
Upstairs open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

The kitchen provides all the essential appliances, oven, hot plate, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, pod coffee machine. Bi-fold windows in the kitchen open out as a servery to the front deck balcony.
Lounge chairs, TV, reading material. A dining table to seat 6. Large windows provide an abundance of natural light.
Ducted evaporative cooling with electric panel heating and portable heaters throughout.

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, sleeping up to 2.
Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, TV and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 with queen bed, sleeping up to 2.
Bedroom 3 with double bed, sleeping up to 2
Bedroom 4 with 2 x single beds, sleeping up to 2.
Bedroom 5 with 1 x single bed, sleeping 1.

Central bathroom with bath, shower, vanity & separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer and clothesline out the back.

DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 6 self-contained with its own separate entrance door. Queen bed, sleeping up to 2.
TV, kitchenette, fan, bathroom with vanity, shower, toilet.

Donalda is situated at the back of this large residential block and access is via a long gravel driveway. Two single garages and plenty of off street parking for a boat (up to medium size) and additional cars.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure. at the rear only.
LINEN
A full bed & bathroom linen package is available for paid bookings of 3 nights or more. BYO Beach Towels 2 night stay: This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
