The Space:
Full of light and coastal charm this idyllic 4 bedroom beach house is only moments away from one of the Peninsulas landmark beaches, 'Tideways' in Sullivan's Bay.

Sitting high in the treetops the outlook towards Port Phillip Bay creates a sense of seclusion and tranquillity. Wrapping around three sides of the house 'The Deck' is the ideal place to catch the last glimpses of the setting sun or read that book in the hammock you just didn't have time to pick up at home.

A mixture of modern facilities and wonderful personality the two storey oasis is ideal for larger groups or families wanting the benefit of separate living and sleeping zones.

Stylishly furnished the treetop level consists of the master bedroom with ensuite, modern kitchen with full facilities including dishwasher, plumbed in fridge and coffee machine, living & dining rooms and access to that wonderful deck. On the street level there are two more bedrooms along with a second living room for the kids with TV, bathroom, laundry, separate studio with TV/ DVD and outside table tennis table.

PRICING:

Minimum night stays vary from 2-7 nights throughout the year

Your price includes accommodation and linen fee. Guests cannot provide their own linen, as this is the only way we can ensure the bed provided to you is hygienic.

PARKING:

3 x Car Spaces
Due to local laws and impact on neighbours, the number of cars at the property CANNOT exceed the parking spaces available.
Guests are required to park within the property and are not permitted to park on the street (nature strip).
Short steep driveway with NO designated boat parking spaces

PET POLICY:

The owner does not allow pets
