the first nights stay was great up until they overcharged me for parking even though i had prebooked snd second dtsy our room overlooked a rooftop that had water pouring onto it and was to noisy to sleep until the rain stopped

I am unimpressed that when I asked through the app 3 times if there was parking available for my vehicle during my vacation NOONE answered. When I arrived, they said it was booked through a third party. Too much work. Some of the tv channels kept cutting out, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the hottub was out of service. Not impressed
