This is one of our favorite areas of Vancouver, it's so nice that there's a clean and affordable hotel to stay right in the middle of it (with a place to park!). Hotel is easy to access, super easy to walk from there to access many areas of Vancouver including downtown and Stanley Park, and SO many food and shopping options just within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Hotel itself was clean and well kept on our recent visit. Staff super polite.

Friendly staff, very clean hallways & rooms. Great location but noisy people & vehicle traffic till quite late. We were on 2nd floor so really noticed the noise. Room was very warm but the air conditioner was quite noisy so was not an option to leave on.
