Great location at Robson St close to everything. Friendly and accomodating staff, clean rooms, kitchen and bacony is a bonus for a hotel room in downtown, very decent price.

We were already late for check in and then there is issue in reservation. Oh my god! There was stinky smell coming from room , i literally asked for room freshener. Floor was sticky, uncleaned bathroom and washroom. Very few amenities. Another weird thing no kitchen tissues provided. Kitchen and refrigerator was mouldy, unbelievable. I never had this much bad experience with hotels specially in vancouver. I regret my decision to stay there for a night rather i book air bnb . No free parking. After Paying alot for 1 night but still no free parking . You need to pay extra for parking. I mean disgusting.

Beautiful suite with a full kitchen. Balcony was a bonus. Very clean and quiet. Price was decent. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great.
