So pleased with my stay here! We had two rooms and a group of six of us. The rooms perfectly match the pictures and it’s in the most lovely neighborhood.

Perfect for our vacation. However, Murphy bed was very uncomfortable. Also, make sure you travel with at least one person with half a brain to help your idiot friends work the shower taps.

Trying to get into the lobby was challenging. It took awhile. The suite was quite cold. The only source of heat we could find was an electric heater in the main room. There was no heat in either of the rooms. The beds were not comfortable and there was no shower pressure. The whole place was dank…. Could use a solid cleaning

Check-in was clunky. No manager on duty when posted hours were not observed. Nice suite, difficult garage to manuever. You kinds have to figure it out on your own. Fortunately we did and was otherwise a nice stay!

This an older building but the suite is in good condition. The on-site administrator was friendly and helpful. Ideal location to explore Stanley Park and the West End of Vancouver.

Made to pay extra for a ‘pet free” room after booking due to allergies . Main bedroom had a very strong urine smell and carpet had multiple stains in the living area. Very outdated room , only thing that was good about this accommodation was the location.

Property is very old and needs work, has a terrible smell when you walk and in the suites. Mould is underneath the curtains. Communication from property is atrocious. The location was wonderful but I will never stay here again.

Our room was clean and roomy. Staff were helpful except for change for the laundry and the guy in the petrol station across the road knew. Not a good look. You provide a service you should provide the means to use that service.
