Accommodation was comfortable and spacious. Nice to have a kitchen however there were multiple dining options within walking. Check in/out was easy and they offered luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures.

Honestly an incredible stay. Although a majority of the time there is no front desk reception past a certain there are people there either way. Kind people. Great space. Def recommend it and am willing to go again!!!

Great spot, nice property. The only issue i had is around parking. I purchased on-site parking at the time of booking. When i arrived i was told there was no access to the parking due to construction taking place. It would have been helpful to have that information when i was booking. With no parking available, i was forced to choose between walking several blocks for parking, or, parking illegally on the street. Had i known, i would have chosen a different property. Nice hotel, though, with a great location. Improve communication and i may visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was available during the day, they were all extremely helpful and friendly. Lockers are available to store luggage. They have both small and large lockers for travellers. The area around the hotel is great for restaurants and bars. Do yourself a favour and check out Sunset Beach, Hook, and Breka Bakery. You are in a city so you will hear city noises, like sirens and the occasional loud person outside. If you want a quieter stay, request a room on the Burnaby Street side. We did not hear any interior hotel noise. Downloading the Sonder app and filling out our information before our stay made check-in easy. We would happily stay here again.

Apartment life in a hotel
The convenience of an apartment in a hotel setting. A full kitchen that we cooked in and really enjoyed. Would stay in another Sonder for sure

1 bedroom unit with kitchenette. Overall the unit was spacious but bathroom was tiny. Bed was comfy. Lockers to store luggage were very convenient. Neighborhood has many dining options and 24 hour drug mart. Walkable to bus lines. On site staff during the daytime but not nighttime. Big thank you to JEFF (front desk agent who checked us in on July 14, 2024) - he was so kind, patient, and treated us like family!
