This hotel is very well maintained and in such a convenient area. My favourite part of the hotel is that it is in a nice quiet area yet very convenient to everything, and they allow pet to stay in the hotel.

minimal engagement by clerk - no information given about much - about robes not being in the rooms or that we could get extra coffee or we can get decaf, etc. Or anything about the coffee machines in the lobby which we didn’t know until the second day. she was just bored. Actually watched her the next day, dealing with other people and noticed exactly the same thing. Other than her, people were pleasant enough.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean. Staff were great. One minor issue, bathrobes are not one size fits all. As some who is not a tiny person I would just recommende having bigger sizes. This did not however make my stay any less lovely.

It was a great stay. Very easily walkable to the Whistler core area, which has a lot of places for entertainment and dining. We also thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor pool and hot tub. It was lovely even in the cold and rain.
