An okay hotel. Friendly staff. Room was not huge and the balcony is tiny. What is a crazy design fault is there is no bedside table or light on the right hand side of the bed so no chance for bedtime reading 🤔 the pool and hot tub area is okay but fairly small. The underground parking spaces are a real squeeze! WiFi is solid and free candy at check in desk 👍

I was really impressed with the room and location! The room was very spacious, had a kitchenette with a hot plate, sink and some basic dishes (pots, plates, wine glasses, etc.). The area was perfect - extremely walkable to coffee, dining, shops, parking lots, lifts, etc. I ended up parking in one of the open pay lots nearby for a cheaper price per day, but the garage at the hotel was underground and convenient, as well. Overall a great stay!

Rooms were very spacious, kitchenette was well-equipped, bed was extremely comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Bathroom was a bit small, it worked for us but if you have a bigger family it could be an issue. Staff was always very friendly, warm, and helpful. Location can’t be beat, every spot we wanted to eat at was within 5-10 minutes walking and despite being so close to “the action” the room was always super quiet. We had no issues finding parking in the lot every night. We would definitely return!

The property is located close to everything, great for families, as the playground is 3min walk from the entrance. Breakfast/lunch/dinner places also 3-5min away. The gondolas are about 15min walk through the village. The rooms were cleaned every day, lovely staff and amenities.

Love that Summit Lodge is very dog friendly. They have welcome treat, toy, blanket and water bowl delivered to the room. Also, there is a chalkboard in the reception area that has all the names of the pets that are staying at the hotel. This was truly a nice welcome gesture to all the fur babies. We stayed here last year and chose to return to this wonderful hotel.

The Summit Lodge is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms in a great location. My only complaint is that the view from the front of the hotel facing the street is not great, but everything else was wonderful.

We stayed in deluxe studio 2 queen beds on 4th floor. View was nice to the mountains. Small balcony which we used weather permitting. Room is small, kitchen convenient. Would have been good to have the room cleaned properly at least once for a 5 night stay. Beds were made daily. Parking is expensive and places tiny. I always had to get out of the car prior to my husband parking.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. This is not your usual 4 star hotel. This is a boutique hotel and it fit what we were looking for. Have stayed here in the past and made sure to stay here again this time. Only slight downside is the parking. We drove in a bigger car that would be difficult to park in their underground lot. But the reception staff was very kind to direct us to alternative close by parking that would suit.
