This is a great hotel. It is located in the middle of the Whistler community. Everything was within walking distance. The pool and spa were amazing.

I really enjoyed the pool area with the hot tub. Room was clean and had lots of amenities. Although, I wish we had a King bed rather a queen.

Our unit (211) felt a bit small. Very expensive on-site parking (>$26/day). Needs some little things to make it more enjoyable: need more than four hangers in the closet; a note advising the stove burners work backwards, ie: setting 1 is hottest.

The Lodge is like many others in the area. Set up for the abuse of skis and gear. I wouldn’t recommend being on the hwy side as it is very noisy with the window open and the AC is loud with the window closed. The location is good as everything is walkable. The parking is good as well. Our unit was half of a shared.

Great, would come again if I am in Whistler. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not use all facilities but there was a swimming pool, though can be noisy at times from guests using it.

Nice place. Clean. Beds are ok. Only mentioning the following incase it bothers some people. It did in not way effect our stay. Minimual carpet staining and scratches on furniture. Nice pool. IMO best location in Whistler.

The rooms are adjoining rooms which was not mentioned in the hotel description. The room next door was partying until 4am with loud music and constantly people entering and leaving the room. We tried to call the hotel reception and nobody picked up. Also, the air conditioner was very noisy and kept on turning on and off in the middle of the night. Overall the area was decent whereas the room and service was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel.

Book a 1 bedroom with balcony. Room had no balcony No room service, no one checked on our room. These was 3 of us 2 adult one child and never got any service with washroom/shower supplies and no towels for 2 nights. No shampoo, conditioner or soap.
