Property had multiple damages, holes in the wall the wooden floor was chipped and cracked. Stained towels and bed sheets, damaged mirror, ripped shower curtains. Only stayed considering i did not have the funds to wait for a refund and already had a 2 day booked disney trip. But i would never book at this establishment again.

Disgusting
You had to lift the bathroom door in order to close it. The room was non stop noise, they didnt even have a coffee maker. The sheets were all stained. They put us next to someone using sex services, all night my 3 kids had to hear banging and them being very vocal about what they were doing to each other. Absolutely the worst place ever stayed at.

This property has huge potential but it’s dirty. The walls and baseboards haven’t been cleaned in a long time if ever. There was blood on the toilet and marker and boogers on the walls. There were roaches in the bathroom coming from the drains? Also the bathroom smelled like mildew or male cat? The picture that we saw when booking was not what we checked into. There was no furniture in the living area to watch the tv only a coffee table. There were dirty Childs foot prints on the inside of the door and tape over the peep hole for some reason. The person who checked us in was nice.

Didn’t read the reviews before booking and what they say are true. place is falling apart, cockroaches, holes in sheets, but the size of the rooms is really nice and I do feel like we got what we paid for. In this economy, it’s understandable that businesses don’t have the funds for upgrading. Still happy with my stay but the place could use a few paint jobs\repairs and pest control. I think this would be great for a family on a budget, especially if you’re going up to the park and just need a place to stay. I think if the owners spent an hour or two a day fixing up the rooms it could make a difference.

The outside of the property is dilapidated, in terrible condition. Upon arrival i thought, no way we're staying here. However, we went inside of the family apartment and were pleasantly surprised. The room smelled clean and looked clean. It was nice and spacious and it was nicely decorated. However the walls are extremely thin so you can hear all your neighbors even their most quiet conversations. We were charged prior to our arrival which was not part of the agreement and I did not like that at all. After speaking with the front desk about it he said that was the managers decision. Upon check in front desk had me sign and asked for ID but said nothing else other than sliding me 1 key for the room. Upon checkout I had to request a receipt otherwise he wouldnt have given me one. The homeless man yelling at the hotel night manager, banging his head on the concrete wall and the police presence rounded out our stay. If you are not thrown by the ugliness and the loud noises then this is the place for you. Because once you get inside its pleasant.
