Not a family friendly hotel!
Do Not Book! I booked the 2 queen bedroom. When we checked into our room. It was dirty. The walls were dirty, couch was disgusting. There was broken, furniture even floor had broken title. Which I took pictures and videos of everything.

We booked a room with 2 beds that has somewhat separation and non smoking but they gave us a room that smells cigarette. So we need to move to another room but the beds are next to each other.

Room was amazing. Clean and very spacious. The staff was very accommodating. Everything u need minus the stove in a 2 bedroom apartment. You can fit 2/3 people in the king bed. 3 people in the bunk room wirh queen and twin bed 2 people in queen pull out couch 1 person in single twin bed. Bring a queen mattress and add 2 more people by the dining room. I will stay here again. Room 209.

Filthy, mold in bathroom, front door lock broken, Roaches, water took long time to heat up and didnt last long once heated!!!! Wifi wasnt working. No phone, no alarm clock. Mini refrigerator froze everything. No way to give it zero stars. Attendant came by room 15 minutes before check out to tell ua it was checkout time. The stay was just horrible. Be warned

It’s was dirty. There was a spider in the bathroom. The pullout couch was dirty and I asked him to change my sheets and they did it with some other dirty ones. It was just a horrible experience and the worst thing is we had to leave and get another hotel and I did not get my money back

The peron running thw place was very friendly and helpful. The photos on the website must be old. It is definitely misleading. I had dead bugs in my room and no hot water.

Really wanted to like this.. got a good deal on a family suite.. came with two queens, and a pull out double bed.. had a fridge and microwave and two tvs.. location was very scary.. lots of homeless and drug users.. roaches all in the bathroom.. sink barely worked.. and the shower never turned warm.. was very freezing.. house cleaning will clean rooms of the people who checked out but would disappear and leave their cart in the middle and leave the room door open for hours..and our room key quit working half way through our trip.. would’ve gotten a refund but we were there just three nights and ended up sucking it up..

It's a never again for me
First, I want to give the staff props for being nice, attentive, and responsive. The property itself, was old. This was a 3 night family trip and I should have gone with my first instinct when I saw the room, which was to find another hotel. But, I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another hotel last mand most rooms were much more expensive. I also thought I've experienced worse. I should have taken pictures, I didn't I would need then because I don't usually leave reviews. There were stains on the walls that looked like squished bugs. There were silverfish; they don't normally bite and they thrive in humidity and that really didn't bother me, at least they weren't roaches. But, it was the last night, there was a tiny roach, maybe it was a different bug, but it sure looked like a roach, eh.. stayed at worse. The final straw and why I've written this review is that the morning we left, I took a shower (drains slow and hottish water is a hit or miss), I found a bug bite on my arm. No biggie, I was out and about and it could have happened anywhere. Then, I discovered a couple of bug bites on my son's arm that looked similar to mine. Bumps were not there before. Then found 3 more bites on me, on my arm and shoulder areas. The bites don't really itch, but are red and raised. I can't directly attribute it to staying at this hotel, but we've never experienced these kinds of non-itching bumps before and we've stayed at different hotels in the area.

Bare bones
A little dicey neighborhood, the overall condition of the building was not great, however the room itself was clean and upgraded. Probably because of the general clientel, there was nothing to carry off: no phone, no lamps, no coffee maker, few towels. The TV has to be scanned to find channels. Theres a kitchenette, but nothing in it. No carpet to stain.

Property has not been maintained since the pictures were taken in the listing. Sink drained very slow. Pullout couch looked very used. There was missing tile. The security lock on the door was broken. Rooms were not very sound insulated and we were woken up at 3am from the people in the floor above us making a lot of noise. Overall, I would not recommend.

When we first arrived our door was wide open. I had to go to the office to have the maintenance guy to sweep our room for safety. Then when he left our sheets had blood stains and spots on them. Sheets were dirty, made mee think of bed bugs due to blood stains. I left and dis not stay. I got a refund by calling what i thought was expedia number and i paid 150 to get a full refund.

The staff was horrible. they don’t care about anything going on. We opened the room to the hotel and roaches ran in all directions. the floor boards are black and stained. the couch in the room looks like it’s from ww2 and it’s had every train possible ran on it. don’t rent here please.
