I was under the impression that I would be able to get a roll-away for our 5 year old with the king bed room which we were told was not possible due to California's law which was a real bummer. But the main issue was that one night we came back to our room to find a yellow colored liquid all over the seat and floor. It looked like someone from staff had urinated on top of the seat. The staff did move us to another room and gave us a measly $75.00 credit (the booking was over $700) but my wife and I felt like our privacy and security was violated. The staff claimed it was a pipe leak from the AC but I looked at the ceiling and it did not look like something dripped down. There was an access panel near the toilet on the ceiling but if it dripped from there, it wouldn't have landed where the liquid was. As mentioned, the liquid was also yellow in color so I don't see how that was possible. We also felt that the concierge service was rather poor in assistance. A lot of one word or link replies instead of helping us accomplish what we needed. The restaurant, Poppy's was a bit ridiculous as well. The first night we tried to eat dinner there we were told it was over a 45 minute wait however we could see tons of tables open and the restaurant was not packed.

This reservation left me frustrated because I booked a room with two queen beds for five adults, when we checked in they put us in a room with one king bed and a sofa. Additionally, my reservation had a breakfast included based on what Expedia stated, but the next morning when we walked in to get breakfast we were told our reservation didn’t include breakfast. These two things what made my experience terrible this trip. Especially when I called Expedia and reported all that, the operator didn’t really do anything about it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The location (20 minute walk to the gates of the park) was idyllic. We adored the amenities of the hotel, including the lobby Starbucks and market. We will be back again!

Ordered room service asked for cream with my coffee and did not get cream. Heater in my room was not working. Cleaning lady knocking on my door at 9am to clean prior to my checking out.

The restaurant food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job and everything felt cared for. The doors didn’t always close all the way, so it could be a bit noisy at times, and the coffee shop service (Starbucks) was slower than expected. The bathroom also didn’t have an exhaust fan, so the mirrors stayed foggy for a while. Overall, it was a nice stay, and I would be happy to return.

Our stay was great, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The location is very convenient, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The shuttle stopping right in front of the hotel was a huge plus. The only minor challenges were that elevators could be a bit crowded during rush hours, and it would be helpful to have a family lounge or restroom option, especially for families traveling with babies. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Arrived to check in for our reserved room after many hours of driving. Unloaded the car and all the kids only to be told that they don't have room for us and they are sending us to another hotel. We chose this location so that we could walk to the park. I had to re load the car drive to another hotel. Had no choice but to drive and park
