The room was in okay condition. The beds were very lumpy and the sheets underneath had deceased fly wings scattered all on top.(yes, I do check all layers of sheets on the bed due to bed bug checking). Drinking Glasses were lined outside of my door for 2 days without pickup- some were still filled. I understand staffing issues may be at play here but considering the Hilton brand, I thought it would decent.

The room was spotless. The guest internet was spotty and my remote control didn’t work. When I requested another, after waiting a while (it was later in the evening) I cancelled it because it took too long. My daughter-in-law went to the Starbucks with just five people in front of her, it took a half hour before she was waited on. Otherwise, a beautiful hotel and extremely comfortable beds

Of course this is a destination resort, so unless you go off property expect HIGH prices and limited food opportunity. Of course I am not a foodie so walking around the block to Dennys/iHop was easy for me. There is a 24 hour Walgreen and CVS so you are not held to paying high resort soda cost. THE SODA MACHINES DO NOT WORK! And every card payment starts with a TIP option, which is aggressive and rude, Rick Hilton. NO CLOSET. Only pegs to hang things on as in Little House on the Prairie. Engineering was fast when I could not get the tub to work but the guy hung around for a tip. Had the tub worked in the first place I would not have needed him. I prefer a boutique hotel and did understand this is a sprawling convention complex. I was there as family chose the place and I doubt even if going to the parks I would choose this hotel again.
