I booked the room with the view of disney land. it’s false advertisement, they have older pictures posted when you can actually SEE disney. now all you see is a gigantic wall of disney. i was there on a weekend due to taking my 2 year old to disneyland for his first filme. i will say this isn’t a ‘family’ like hotel. there was a event every day while we were there with ALOT of people in the lobby. it was so hard to even get around. elevators got stuck on the 14th floor a few times. i will say this hotel needs a lot of renovations and could be cleaner. i was annoyed with and upset that the pictures made the room seem like a completely different room .

Very busy location

There was a convention at the hotel. Could not even buy coffee at the Starbucks because not only were the guests buying coffee but every conference attendee. Could not buy anything in the gift store or sit in the lobby.

Clean property with tons of amenities. However the beds are hard as rocks and the pillows are flat as paper. Slept horribly. Bathroom door is so close to the toilet and shower.

We received no information about our floor being under construction when we arrived. There were no signs that said where our room would be and there were blocked off hallways. We had to wander around with our luggage to find our rooms. Communication at the front desk needs to improve.

It was convenient to stay there since the event we attended was at the conference center. The problem was that the sales staff stopped me every time i walked by, half of the elevators were down for maintenance so we waited up to 20 minutes just to come down from the room and the room bathroom isn't very private

I stayed here for Wondercon 2025, and it was overall a decent experience. I stayed in one of the rooms on the 11th floor, which faced a now defunct pool area - which wasn't the greatest view, but that was fine. It was hard for me to believe that the Hilton Anaheim has TVs that I can't cast my phone to! Even when paying for the higher tier of wifi. The only other complaint I have with this room is how long it took for the showers to get warm, which was upwards of 5 minutes. Kind of insane. These are general nitpicks, the staff was incredible, engaging, very helpful folks. It's been about 20 years since I've stayed at the Hilton Anaheim, and it's almost the same experience. Quite wild.

The hotel was hosting a comic con and foolishly scheduled elevator maintenance at the same time. Needless to say 20 min waits to get to your room unless you wanted to traverse using the stairs. Rooms are nice and the staff was very friendly

Checked in for one night for wondercon convention. I don't normally stay with Hilton. Not a good experience. Went for Wondercon and understood it would be busy but OMG when we got back from dinner it was like a full night club at the bottom and crowded drunk people everywhere. We checked in at around 4 got our keys went up keys did not work. Nice housekeeper just happened to walk the hallway and we told her our key cards were not working. She let us in we called for new keys to be brought to our room they were brought up by a nice man and those didn't work. The card reader wasn't working he said he would send Maintenance to fix it we waited for about 50 min no one came up told them we were leaving for dinner. When we returned we had to stop by at the front desk in madness of drunk people partying in the lobby. Then the elevator situation is horrible they need more elevators! You have to wait in a line for elevators from parking garage then another line to go to another set of elevators to go to your room. Idk how many people I heard saying that the elevator situation was horrible. The room was decent clean, bed uncomfortable, pillows horrible. We got a pool view with a under construction pool. At 10:40 pm when were getting ready for bed housekeeping was shampooing a room across from ours it was loud. The smoke sector blinking light lights up the room had to turn away from it so I wouldn't lose sleep Parking is $40!!! I would not come here again. Not kid friendly.

Overall, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, they only had half of the elevators working on a very busy convention weekend. Getting up or down on the elevator was ridiculous.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were flat for me. If you like feather pillows that squish down to nothing when you lay on them then you might like it. The shower was very good. I like the spray, the fact that you can change the setting, and that it comes off the wall. The bathroom was VERY very small. The room itself was good size for one or two people. We had a room with a king bed and a chaise.
