Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. The beds are not very comfortable. Pretty hard and by the end of our stay, we could hardly sleep on the beds any longer! They need to be upgraded or at the very least, added toppers to help alleviate discomfort. The breakfast is a great added convenience and options for our stay. I do think the food was much better a couple of years ago when we stayed at this hotel. ...but we do appreciate the benefit of breakfast each morning and the waffles are always a hit with our kids.

I stay here a lot to go to Disneyland for multiple day trips , this time tho the room service food was left by guest in the hallways for HOURS . The entire hallways smelled my entire stay which was terrible

I always like this Hotel closer to Disneyland and there breakfast buffet is amazing. Very convenient for everything a lot of restaurants and its a walking distance only.

Overall, we had a great stay. Breakfast included is awesome and it's a short walk from DLR, which was very convenient. We were a little disappointed with our room placement; we had requested in advance (more than once) for our two rooms to be next to each other, but they only managed to get us on the same floor. Totally understand that this happens sometimes, but we requested it far in advance and were assured they could accommodate us. Otherwise, everything was fine and we were comfortable!
