I didn’t expect much from this motel being that it is a Motel 6. I brought cleaning supplies from home, expecting that the room may not be the cleanest. I was correct in my assumption. Upon checking in, we noticed there was stool in the toilet along with urine that seemed to have sat there for awhile. The room had an odor which was lessened after I scrubbed, wiped, mopped, and disinfected everything with bleach and Mr. Clean. However, the smell still lingered. Our stay was just for one night so we decided to deal with it and first thing in the morning. Those plans were disrupted when we awoke to water dripping from the ceiling onto our beds at 3:30 am. The entire upstairs flood and we were forced to leave in the middle of the night. The room next to ours was even worse and several guest were displaced. The staff were very easy to work with and issued a refund with an apology. 1/10 and the one is for the kind staff. Never staying at a motel 6 again.

Staff is amazing, rooms aren't super clean but clean enough and comfy. They also have smoking rooms which is rare and awesome

I have called ahead of time and requested a room on the bottom floor due to the fact that my partner is recovering from leg surgery. So when I checked in, I was given a room on the bottom floor, but when we opened the room, it was dirty, and the room wasn't clean. And the 2nd room given was on the 2nd floor and when we called the front desk they Harley pick up the phone
