Overall stay was fine, for the price it’s ok. The door to the bathroom was built weird so it kept hitting the curved shower rod that was in there. The front door had a big gap going all the way around so when someone was smoking weed outside, it came into our room and was definitely not happy with my 3 year old having to smell that. AC machine was also not working properly so it was always hot even when it was set below 70. Don’t plan on staying here again but it was fine for 2 nights.

Pros: *comfortable beds, *reasonably priced, *close to Disneyland Cons: *GIANT cockroach in breakfast bar and front desk and breakfast bar employees were completely indifferent when they noticed, *blackout curtains fell from the roof when I tried to close them, *bathroom wall was ripped/exposed/peeling plaster and paint. All in all: 7/10

We stayed here while visiting Disneyland for 4 days. The staff were good when checking in and great for any issues we had with the room. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and seemed clean. They must have ignored the carpets though because your feet would be black if you walked barefoot for a couple of minutes in the room. That was dissapointing. Otherwise, affordable and close to Disney.

It was reasonably priced. The first night I had a "mini suite" which was an older room which needed updating. It was downstairs and facing the noise of the street, which did bother me. The TV didn't work, but when I called the front desk they came over immediately and fixed it. That was a pleasant surprise which went a long way with me. Staff was excellent. They were kind, attentive and really did try to make things as nice as possible which I appreciate. Customer service is more important to me than quality in many cases. The second and third night I was moved to a much better room. It felt updated, cleaner and quieter. You can see the fireworks perfectly! Probably the closest I have ever been to them. Breakfast options are limited. But it serves it's purpose to get you going until lunchtime. I brought my bagel and cream cheese, banana, coffee and juice back to my room as the dining room is very small. It's about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. I don't mind it in the morning, but at night your feet will want a taxi or an Uber. Parking is free which is such a nice thing to have. I would recommend it for the right price, otherwise I might opt for something a tad closer. As I mentioned the customer service was great and it was fine.
