We had three nights at this hotel, perfect location in old quarter , rooms were great, breakfast was good and the reception ladies were so friendly . Thank you for our stay , highly recommend this hotel

Great little hotel in the heart of old town Hanoi

The staff were phenomenal, couldn’t do enough to help and when one of us was sick they helped us arrange a late check out and supplied lots of water! In particular Jimmy and Jenny, both went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The rooms and the beds were both very comfortable. An excellent hotel in an ideal location.

The staff at the hotel were very kind. While I was initially concerned that I accidentally booked a room without a window, I was glad because it was very quiet. I visited the spa before my long flight home and Mina was a great masseuse. Breakfast was excellent with both a buffet and menu items included. Top notch hotel and service.

The resort lived up to my expectations and then some. The staff were all attentive, very courteous, and professional. I was celebrating a special occasion and the resort provided me with a welcome gift to congratulate me on my special occasion which was very thoughtful and much appreciated by me. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One night, when we were headed out for a late dinner, a staff member even walked us all the way to the restaurant—such a thoughtful touch! The food suggestions provided by the staff were spot-on, and every meal we had was delicious. I also have to mention the coffee class the hotel organized—it was an unforgettable experience that added a unique local flavor to our trip. Overall, I highly recommend Oriental Jade Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. It's an exceptional place to stay with outstanding service and experiences!
