Pet friendly accommodation in Bradley Stoke

I found the staff professional, friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable. The hotel is convenient, able to walk to all sights. It was great to get money off my parking cost too. A lovely stay, thank you. Would happily return.

My first stay was exellent

We have just stayed at this magnificent hotel. The staff were very attentive and polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The food and breakfast was amazing with a huge choice for all tastes. The bedrooms were exquisite with beautiful marble bathrooms and comfy beds that made you feel like a queen for the night ! The spa was excellent. We will definitely be returning to this amazing luxury hotel . See you soon, Thank you. From the Welsh shopping ladies !

Great hotel and friendly staff

We only stayed one night for our daughter’s 8th birthday shopping trip, the staff decorated our room with ballooons and confetti and made a cake from towels! Absolutely incredible service. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay in Bristol. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed was the comfiest I have stayed in! All shampoo and conditioner and body was is supplied too. Staff are so friendly. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food did look amazing!

The bedroom with en-suite was lovely and had everything we needed.
